Description of animal:
At the time of observation at 08:30AM, the specimen did not reveal any evidence of external damage, and it appeared to be in good condition. However, the specimen did not show movement, and its eyes appeared to be in a dried-out condition, indicating that it was likely no longer living. External tags were not observed, and an internal PIT tag was not indicated.
