License Amendment Request to Revise Requalification Plan for Licensed Operators Commission:

This letter serves as a request for a license amendment for the purpose of revising the existing OSTR Requalification Plan for Licensed Operators. We are requesting a number of non-substantive changes, mostly involving grammar and format changes, as well as some incorrect CFR citations.

These changes are intended to align our requalification plan with the requirements given in 10 CFR 55.59.

These proposed changes are provided in Attachment A. Additionally, the proposed final form (clean copy) can be found in Attachment B and the proposed final form of the Requalification Plan identifying the location of specific changes can be found in Attachment C.
