Notification of Personnel Change Gentlemen:
I am providing notification of a change in personnel shown in the organization chart of the OSTR Technical Specifications as required by Technical Specification 6.7.c.3. On September 30, 2002, Ms. Kathryn Brock ended her employment as the Senior Health Physicist with Oregon State University to pursue a position with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
We are in the midst of the hiring process for this position. Per our Lines of Succession, Dr. Scott Menn will assume the duties of Senior Health Physicist until such time as the position is filled.
