George and I looked at this issue and found static on the line. We moved this line onto a new cable pair and it sounds clear. I just spoke to NRC/Iwo who stated the line is now working fine.

As a precaution I called in a ticket to Verizon. I suspect the trouble may be between the NRC's pbx and Verizon line (as the Verizon line is a home run into the NRC equipment).

I will keep you posted.

I indicated to Mike Burney this morning that whatever IT did to repair our line 914-739-9360, it was unsuccessful. When you call the number, which I recommend you do just to see what we are talking about, it definitely has something going on there....
