On May 26, 2015, the State of New York (New York) filed a motion for an eight-day extension of the June 1, 2015 deadline to file updated statements of position, supporting testimony and exhibits.1 Entergy, Clearwater and NRC Staff do not oppose the extension and Riverkeeper supports and joins in the motion.2 The Board hereby grants New Yorks motion for an extension of the filing deadline to June 9, 2015. All other subsequent filing deadlines will also be shifted forward by eight days.
