0 4 PVNGS-1,263 ER INSTRUCTION SHEET PVNGS ER Supplement No. 6 presents information to define the effect of the replacement of Tuscon Gas and Electric Company (TGaE) by Southern California Edison Company (SCE) as a member of the Arizona Nuclear Power Project (ANPP). The bulk of the information is on the need for power and on a new transmission line to be added to the project by SCE. This consists of a new Chapter 1 and new Sections S6-2.3.2, S6-3.9.1, S6-4.2, S6-5.6, and S6-10.9.1, and new Appendix 1D dealing only with SCE infor-mation. In addition to these, sections, there are some, pages and figures in the ER which must be changed to reflect the addition of SCE to ANPP. They are page 8.1-1, page 8.1-2, table 8.1-1, table 8.1-2, page 8.2-1, table 8.2-1, Appendix 8A title page, page 8A-l-, table 8A-1, page 8A-9, page 9.1-2, page 9.1-4, page 9.2-2, page 9.2-4, figure 9.2-2, figure 9.2-3, page 9.3-1, page 9.3-4, table 11.3-1, sheets 1 and 8, fig-ure 11.3-1, and responses to questions, 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Chapter 1 in Supplement No. 1.

This information is presented in three discrete packages. The first is the new Chapter 1, which will be substituted in its entirety with the original Chapter 1 in Volume I (see Chapter I Instructions). The second package contains the description of the SCE transmission line route. It is to be placed in Volume 7 as indicated by the transmission line instruction sheet. The third package contains the miscellaneous pages changed to reflect the addition of SCE to ANPP. It is to be inserted into Volume VII.

It is felt that these changes present the information pertinent to the definition of the need for power and environmental impact subsequent to the addition of SCE to ANPP. A prefix "S6" is used before all sections, pages, and table and figure numbers for ease of identification of pages related to SCE.
