By letter dated December 3, 2015 (ML15337A130), TVA notified the NRC regarding its revision of a licensing commitment regarding the installation of Foxboro Spec 200 hardware. TVA had previously committed to complete the installation of the updated hardware in WBN Unit 2 instrument loops that support WBN Unit 1 operation prior to fuel loading on WBN Unit 2. The NRC staff acknowledged this commitment in its review of the Foxboro Spec 200 hardware documented in NUREG-0847 Supplement 23, "Safety Evaluation Report Related to the Operation of Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Unit 2," July 2011.
