conducted an inspection at your Nuclear Science Center TRIGA Research Reactor Facility. The enclosed report documents the inspection results, which were discussed on November 18, 2010, with Dr. W. D. Reece, Director of the Nuclear Science Center, and other members of your staff.

The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to security and compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations, compliance with the conditions of your license, and implementation of certain compensatory measures. The inspectors reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel. Based on the results of this inspection, no findings of significance were identified.

ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room). TEXAS ENGINEERING EXPERIMENT STATION, TEXAS A & M UNIVERSITY, NRC SECURITY-RELATED INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-128/2010-202

Dear Dr. Hall:

On November 16-18, 2010, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC, the Commission)

conducted an inspection at your Nuclear Science Center TRIGA Research Reactor Facility. The enclosed report documents the inspection results, which were discussed on November 18, 2010, with Dr. W. D. Reece, Director of the Nuclear Science Center, and other members of your staff.

The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to security and compliance with the Commissions rules and regulations, compliance with the conditions of your license, and implementation of certain compensatory measures. The inspectors reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel. Based on the results of this inspection, no findings of significance were identified.
