By letter dated July 7, 2008, and supplemented by letters dated, June 3, and June 4, 2010, Purdue University submitted an application to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for renewal of Facility Operat ing License No. R-087 for the Purdue University Reactor.  
By letter dated July 7, 2008, and supplemented by letters dated, June 3, and June 4, 2010, Purdue University submitted an application to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for renewal of Facility Operating License No. R-087 for the Purdue University Reactor.
 
Based on the review of the application, the NRC staff has determined that Purdue University has submitted sufficient information such that the application is acceptable for docketing in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 50.33 and Section 50.34.
