ORDER (Scheduling Oral Argument)
On October 13, 2011, commencing at 1:30 PM EDT the Board will hear oral argument on a proposed new contention filed by the San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace (SLOMFP) related to the Fukushima Dai-ichi accident.1 The oral argument will be held at the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel Hearing Room, Two White Flint North Building, Third Floor, Room T-3B45, 11545 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland.
Although oral argument will only be heard from the attorneys representing the parties to this adjudication, members of the public and representatives of the media are welcome to attend and observe this proceeding. To facilitate broader viewing, the Board will also make the oral argument available for live viewing via an internet webstreaming feed, available at http://www.visualwebcaster.com/event.asp?id=82611.
