ORDER San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace (SLOMFP) seeks a two-week extension of time to file a response to the appeal by Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) in the captioned matter.1 PG&E and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Staff do not oppose the requested extension. Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(b), I extend the time for SLOMFP and the NRC Staff to respond until September 22, 2023.
