Due to unforeseen exigent circumstances, a party to the Diablo Canyon proceeding has requested that this Board postpone the oral argument scheduled for this afternoon, May 24, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. 1 This Board grants the request, which no party opposes. The Diablo Canyon oral argument will be rescheduled for a later date. A subsequent order will announce the rescheduling details for the oral argument on standing and contention admissibility for the hearing request filed by San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace.
