Ar-41 Good morning Jason, First of all, Happy New Year - I hope that you have a very prosperous 2012.
I'd like to request a two week extension (to 31 January 2012) for our final responses to the two outstanding RAI's concerning the dose calculations/measurements. As you know, the University was closed between Christmas and New Year's, which caused a delay in doing the final Ar-41 measurements and analyses. We attempted a series of measurements immediately before the break, but there was an equipment problem, so they needed to be repeated. This past Wednesday, the Radiation Safety Office took a series of measurements at various locations inside the building and is currently doing analysis and preparing a report, which should be completed by Monday. At that time, we (reactor staff and students and RSO) will meet to discuss the results and decide on how to move forward.

I also would ask you to postpone your scheduled meeting with us from next week until the following week, either the 17th or 18th, if your schedule permits. This will give us ample time to complete our work and prepare the presentation for you.

Ar-41 Good morning Jason, First of all, Happy New Year - I hope that you have a very prosperous 2012.

Id like to request a two week extension (to 31 January 2012) for our final responses to the two outstanding RAIs concerning the dose calculations/measurements. As you know, the University was closed between Christmas and New Years, which caused a delay in doing the final Ar-41 measurements and analyses.

Thanks for your consideration of this request, and I hope to hear from you soon.

With all best wishes, Mohamad
