However, Duke Energy's May 20, 2009 letter was not requested to be withheld from public disclosure, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390. Duke Energy has historically requested submittals of this sensitive subject matter be withheld from public disclosure. Thus, due to the sensitive subject matter of the May 20, 2009 letter, Duke Energy requests the NRC to withhold the same letter from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390.
This letter also contains security sensitive information, Duke Energy hereby requests the NRC to withhold it from public disclosure pu rsuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1 ), "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding ."
