There were also four Area Walk-Bys associated with these items, the Auxiliary Building Sub-Basement, CVCS Holdup Tank Room, Former Boric Acid Evaporator Room and Containment. Attachment 5 of Reference (b) noted that these items were walked down in the refueling outage in October 2012. Table E-3 of Reference (b) included a list of 19 equipment items that required supplemental internal inspections because they were not opened during the original walkdowns.
The supplemental internal inspections were completed on 15 of those electrical components. Four more components will be inspected in conjunction with maintenance, as described in the Regulatory to this letter is the supplemental seismic walkdown report. Attachment 2 provides the seismic walkdown checklists, Attachment 3 contains the area walkdown checklists, and Attachment 4 provides the supplemental internal inspections of electrical cabinets.
