Consistent with the Commission's policy on notification of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) and all parties of new, relevant, and material information, counsel for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff (Staff) hereby informs the Board and the parties that on February 4, 2015, the Staff issued Amendment No. 261, "Revise Site Emergency Plan for Permanently Defueled Condition to Reflect Change in On-Shift Staffing and Emergency  
Consistent with the Commissions policy on notification of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) and all parties of new, relevant, and material information, counsel for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff (Staff) hereby informs the Board and the parties that on February 4, 2015, the Staff issued Amendment No. 261, Revise Site Emergency Plan for Permanently Defueled Condition to Reflect Change in On-Shift Staffing and Emergency Response Staffing to Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-28 for the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station. The license amendment and safety evaluation report are available through the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Agencywide Documents Access and Management System via Accession No. ML14346A065.
