NOTICE TO THE COMMISSION OF INFORMATION RELEVANT TO THE NOVEMBER 4, 2015 PETITION FILED BY THE STATE OF VERMONT, VERMONT YANKEE NUCLEAR POWER CORPORATION, AND GREEN MOUNTAIN POWER CORPORATION On November 4, 2015, the State of Vermont, the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Corporation, and the Green Mountain Power Corporation (collectively, Petitioners) filed with the Commission a Petition for Review of Entergy Nuclear Operation, Inc.s Planned Use of the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Decommissioning Trust Fund (Petition), which is still pending before the Commission. In accordance with the Commissions notification policy, which requires parties to provide notice to the presiding officer of material new information, Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. provide the following notification.
On December 11, 2015, Petitioners filed a pleading with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit (Pleading).1 The Pleading is material to the Commissions consideration of Petitioners November 4, 2015 Petition because it concerns Petitioners 1
