This is to transmit New England Coalitions Request for Leave to Reply and Reply to the Applicants Response to our Request for Extension of Time of June 9, 2017. In addition, we are resubmitting our Request for Extension of Time with Certification of 10 C.F.R.2.323 compliance and Attachment One - E-mails seeking agreement of the Applicants.
Further, we are attaching as Attachment Two - A train of E-mails with the Docketing office showing the confusion that reigned through June 9, the day that we attempted to file our Request for Extension of Time.
