The Board will conduct a prehearing conference call on Thursday, November 5, 2015, at 1:30 PM EST, to discuss logistics, protocols, and any other administrative matters prior to our evidentiary hearing that begins on November 16, 2015 in Tarrytown, NY.1 Additionally, during the conference call the Board will admit exhibits for the hearing. In preparation for the call, each party shall file as an exhibit the most current version of its complete exhibit list no later than November 3, 2015. All parties should be prepared to discuss on the conference call any objections to the admissibility of any proposed exhibits. Finally, the Board will address outstanding motions during the conference call.

The Board will conduct a prehearing conference call on Thursday, November 5, 2015, at 1:30 PM EST, to discuss logistics, protocols, and any other administrative matters prior to our evidentiary hearing that begins on November 16, 2015 in Tarrytown, NY.1 Additionally, during the conference call the Board will admit exhibits for the hearing. In preparation for the call, each party shall file as an exhibit the most current version of its complete exhibit list no later than November 3, 2015. All parties should be prepared to discuss on the conference call any objections to the admissibility of any proposed exhibits. Finally, the Board will address outstanding motions during the conference call.
