This inspection began on January 1, 2016. Issuance of this letter closes Inspection Report Number 2016501. Inspection activities charged to these reports include conducting midcycle/end of cycle assessment activities, responding to technical questions from resident inspectors or licensee personnel, in some cases, performing traditional enforcement activities. Any observations and findings in these areas were provided to you via separate correspondence. |
