CONSENT AND HEARING WAIVER FORM Northern States Power Company, Minnesota, doing business as Xcel Energy hereby agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of Confirmatory Order arising out of an alternative dispute resolution process to be issued relating to enforcement action No. EA-14-193. The Confirmatory Order will be effective 30 calendar days after its issuance.
