1. The signs on the Owner Control Area fence on the north side (Sherburne County) of the river have the following signage:
No Trespassing Violators subject to Arrest in Accordance with MN Statute 609.6955
- 2. The river bank and islands within 500 feet of plant have the following signage:
BY ORDER OF THE WRIGHT COUNTY SHERIFF NO UNAUTHORIZED INDIVIDUALS OR WATERCRAFT ALLOWED TO STOP OR ANCHOR WITHIN 500 FEET OF MONTICELLO PLANT STRUCTURES 4' X 8' Plywood or Sheet Metal Black Lettering on White (Utilize red for the warning portion if possible as attention getter) Warning line should be in 12 inch letters Five (5) signs Total
