Based on our review, the NRC staff has determined that the financial assurance mechanisms and supporting documentation conforms to NRC guidance. Based on our approval of the Parent Company Guarantee dated July 27, 2018, we are returning a previously submitted Parent Company Guarantee dated March 30, 2018 (enclosed). |
