This correspondence refers to your license amendment request dated May 25, 2022. Please find enclosed Amendment No. 36 to your U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) License No. SNM-1826 in accordance with your request.

An environmental assessment for this action was not required since this action is categorically excluded under Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations CFR 51.22(c).

Please review the enclosed document carefully and be sure that you understand and fully implement all the conditions incorporated into the amended license.
