3) GEHINRC Staff Telecon to Discuss RAI, 6/17/11 We appreciate the opportunity to discuss the RAI regarding our recent GEH Parent Guarantee and Annual Financial Test (Reference 2) during our June 17, 2011 teleconference (Reference 3). As we discussed, the NRC requested that the additional information be provided within 30 days from the date of the letter, however, the RAI was not received by us until June 16, 201 1. In addition, as we discussed, some of the requested information is not readily available and will take an additional period of time to prepare.

As a result, we anticipate providing a response to the RAI no later than August 15, 2011.
