By application dated January 30, 2018, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML18044A145), as supplemented on July 24, 2018, (ADAMS Accession No. ML18213A230), September 27, 2018 (ADAMS Accession No. ML18285A039) and on November 14, 2018 (ADAMS Accession No. ML18327A075), Orano Federal Services LLC [then AREVA Federal Services], requested that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission approve a revision to Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9431 for the Model No. BRR package. The applicant requested the addition of Co-60 isotope production targets to the authorized contents in the CoC for this package. Enclosed is CoC No. 9341, Revision No. 7, for the Model No. BRR transportation package. Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in the margin. The staffs safety evaluation report is also enclosed.
