-Inspection Report No. 50-083/2006-203 The subject Notice requests a reply from the University of Florida Training Reactor, License No. R-56/Docket No. 50-083, within 30 days of the date of the letter transmitting the Notice and accompanying Inspection Report. The report is dated November 22, 2006, but was not received until the afternoon of Friday, December 8, 2006, just before the weekend. With the university's semester break approaching, getting a response reviewed to meet the 30-day time limit would be extremely difficult.

Based on a discussion with Senior Project Manager Alexander Adams on December 14, 2006, we are requesting an extension to 30 days from the date of receipt.We trust this request is acceptable.
