Indian Point 3 0DCM not submitted?

Kevin, I was reviewing the Indian Point 2005 Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report, dated 4/28/06.It states that the ODCM for IP2 is rev. 9 and for IP3 is rev. 17, both issued in Sept. 2005. IP3 TS 5.5.1 .c.3 states that if the ODCM is revised, the entire ODCM will be submitted to the NRC as a part of or concurrent with the Rad Effluent Release Report. We have previously received IP2's ODCM (ML052770533), but I find no record in ADAMS of IP3's ODCM (rev 17), and it is not attached to the Release Report (although a description of the revision is included).

If you have previously submitted the IP3 0DCM, please tell me the submittal date, otherwise, please submit it to the NRC's Document Control Desk. Thanks.John P.
