ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON REACTOR SAFEGUARDS REVIEW OFTHE VERMONT YANKEE NUCLEAR POWER STATION, LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION - SAFETY EVALUATION REPORTThe license renewal staff and technical branches have completed their review of the VermontYankee Nuclear Power Station (VYNPS), license renewal application (LRA) and have issued the "Safety Evaluation Report With Confirmatory Items Related to the License Renewal of the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station." We request that the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) review the staff safety evaluation for the VYNPS LRA. The VYNPS LRA is currently scheduled for review by the ACRS Subcommittee on June 5, 2007. The required copies of the pertinent documents have already been delivered to the ACRS.If you have any questions, please contact Jonathan G.
