REVISED REQUEST FOR AMENDMENT SALEM GENERATING STATION UNIT NOS. l AND 2 FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NOS. DPR-70 AND DPR-75 DOCKET NOS. 50-272 AND 50-311 On October 11, 1994, (our Ref. N94149) and in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.90, Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) submitted a request for amendment of Facility Operating License DPR-70 (Unit 1) and DPR 75 (Unit 2) of the Salem Generating Station. The request involved a change to the Limiting Condition for operation (LCO) 3/4 4.4 for both Salem Units. Specifically, it requested to add the phrase "capable of being powered from an emergency power supply" and extending the surveillance requirement 4.4.4.2 from 92 days to every refueling.

The original submittal inadvertently left out the marked up Technical Specification pages. Attached to this letter are the marked up Technical Specifications pages. This submittal does not invalidate our original conclusion that granting this request would not involve a significant hazards consideration.
