Dear Mr. Vehec:
This letter refers to the investigation completed on February 11, 2016, and to the inspection completed on May 11, 2016, at the Duane Arnold Energy Center. On May 25, 2016, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) discussed the results of this investigation and inspection with Mr. Mark Fencl and members of your staff.
