The enclosure to this letter provides a markup of the Facility License showing the change proposed in Reference 1, as supplemented by Reference 2.

The changes do not impact the 10 CFR 50.92 evaluation of "No Significant Hazards Consideration" previously provided in Reference 1, as supplemented.

This letter contains no new or revised regulatory commitments.
