In response to the referenced letter to Limerick Generating Station, attached please find our responses to the items required.

Limerick has entered this issue into the Corrective Action Program (IR 1007501) This attachment contains confidential information, the disclosure of which would constitute an unwarranted invasion of the personal privacy of the individual involved.

Therefore, the information in the attachments is being submitted to the Commission with a request that it be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR2.390(a)(6).
