Every reference to "10 C.F.R. § 2.135(c)" in the Licensing Board Order Granting, in part, New York's Motion for Cross Examination dated September 21, 2012, should read "10 C.F.R. § 2.315(c)". In addition, the references to 10 C.F.R. § 2.2104(b)(3) in that Order appearing in quotations on page 3, paragraph 2, line 6 and again on page 4 line 4 and line 6 should reference 10 C.F.R. § 2.1204(b)(3).
