- Pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
§§ 2.336 and 2.1203 and as modified by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's ("Board") Initial Scheduling Order ("ISO") dated February 27, 2015 , the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC") staff ("Staff") is providing notification that a supplement to the hearing file has be en created for this proceeding. The hearing file includes the Staff's documents subject to disclosure under 10 C.F.R.
§§ 2.336 and 2.1203 and the ISO. On or about September 4, 2015 , materials in the hearing file may be accessed through the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System ("ADAMS")
or through the Electronic Hearing Docket ("EHD")
, which may be accessed at http://adams.nrc.gov/ehd/. An index containing the ADAMS accession number, document date, and document title or description of each item in the hearing file is appended hereto as Attachment 1. Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(c), attached is the Affidavit of Elaine Keegan, certifying that all potentially relevant materials required by this section have been disclosed, and that the disclosures are accurate and complete as to documents identified as of August 2 7 , 2 01 5 (Attachment 2). The Staff notes that it has made a good faith effort to identify and characterize all documents meeting the criteria of 10 C.F.R.
§ 2.336(b) and 10 C.F.R.
§ 2.1203 in this proceeding, while excluding those documents for which there is a claim of privilege or protected status, based on the information and documentation reasonably available to it.
In identifying these documents, the Staff does not concede their relevance to the issues to be decided in this proceeding.
