While Holtec seems confident that replacement water is more than abundant, nuclear engineers with whom I consult inform me that the humidity would be so extreme that electrical equipment would begin to fail under these extreme conditions. The overloaded Spent Fuel Pool at Fermi 2 is of grave concern , and the suggested mitigation is suspect. I draw your attention to the Fermi 2 Spent Fuel Pool with hopes of preventing a catastroph ic failure.
