NOTICE OF INTENT TO PARTICIPATE AS A PARTY Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.1202(b), the NRC Staff (Staff) is required to notify the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) and the parties within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of an order granting a request for a hearing as to whether it desires to participate as a party and to identify the contentions on which it wishes to participate as a party. On February 6, 2015, the Board issued a Memorandum and Order (Ruling on Petitions to Intervene and Requests for a Hearing) wherein the Board granted standing to Dont Waste Michigan, Citizens Environment Alliance of Southwestern Ontario, and Beyond Nuclear ("Joint Petitioners) and Citizens Resistance at Fermi 2 (CRAFT), and admitted certain contentions. CRAFT hereby notifies the Board and the parties of its intent to participate as a party in this adjudicatory proceeding with respect to all of the admitted contentions.
