Dear Administrative Judges:
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.336 and 2.1203 and as modified by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards (Board) Initial Scheduling Order (ISO) dated February 27, 2015, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff (Staff) is providing notification that no documents were identified as requiring disclosure in this update.
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(c), attached is the Affidavit of Elaine Keegan, certifying that all potentially relevant materials required by this section have been disclosed, and that the disclosures are accurate and complete as to documents identified as of June 26, 2015 (Attachment 1).

The Staff notes that the dates for the publication of the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) and the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (FSEIS) have changed. The Staff anticipates publishing the DSEIS in October 2015 and the FSEIS in June 2016. The Safety Evaluation Report (SER) with open items and the final SER are anticipated to be published in September 2015 and February 2016, respectively.

AFFIDAVIT OF ELAINE KEEGAN CONCERNING MANDATORY DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENT OF 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(b)
I, Elaine Keegan, do hereby state as follows:

I am employed as a Project Manager in the Division of License Renewal in the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR). I serve as a project manager for the Fermi Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 2, license renewal application (LRA). Among other things, I am managing the preparation of the hearing file and mandatory disclosures in connection with the LRA at issue in this proceeding.

I hereby certify that all potentially relevant materials required to be disclosed pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(b) and (c) in the above-captioned proceeding have been disclosed in the attached Hearing File Index and that the disclosures are accurate and complete for documents identified as of June 26, 2015.
