CITIZENS RESISTANCE AT FERMI TWOS INITIAL DISCLOSURES Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 2.336, the Joint Motion on Mandatory Disclosures dated February 23, 2015, and the Licensing Boards Order, dated February 27, 2015, CRAFT hereby submits their initial disclosures.
- 1. Testifying Witnesses CRAFT has not yet identified the persons upon whom it will rely as witnesses, and will supplement this disclosure after testifying witnesses are identified.
- 2. Documents and Data Collections CRAFT now submits for the record 18 more affidavits from people living in the 50-mile radius of the facility, as well as Tribal members with treaty rights at the Fermi site. Also, another 100 signatures on petitions. These people are opposed to the license extension and grant CRAFT the right to act on their behalf.
