The reference transmitted Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation's (WCNOC) Standard Practice Procedures Plan in October 2003.

10 CFR 95.19(c) requires that "A licensee, certificate holder, or other person must update its NRC facility clearance every five years either by submitting a complete Standard Practice Procedures Plan or a certification that the existing plan is fully current to the Division of Security Operations."

This letter is to certify that the existing plan submitted by the reference remains fully current.
