Docket No. 50-482: Supplemental Information Regarding the Application to Amend Appendix C to the Facility Operating License Gentlemen:

Reference 1 submitted an application to amend Appendix C to Wolf Creek Generating Station, Unit No. 1, Facility Operating License No. NPF-42 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.90.

Reference 2 provided additional information requested by Mr. Jack Donohew, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Project Manager. Based on subsequent discussions with the NRC staff, Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation is revising Paragraph 11 of Appendix C.

Paragraph 11 as originally submitted by Reference 1 reads:

The conditions set forth in Paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5, 6(b), 7, 8, and 9 herein do not restrict KEPCo's rights or the Licensee's duties under other license conditions.

Paragraph 11 is revised to read (the changed words are underlined):

The conditions set forth in Paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5, 6(b), 7, 8, and 9 herein do not restrict KEPCo's rights or the Licensee's duties that may otherwise exist beyond, and are not inconsistent with, these antitrust conditions.

There are no licensing commitments contained in this submittal. The revision of Paragraph 11 does not impact the conclusions of the No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination or the Environmental Impact Determination provided in Reference 1.
