Information - Change to Lists of Owners, Officers, Directors and Executive Personnel

Dear Mr. Holian:

This letter transmits changes in Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation's (WCNOC) updated list of Owners, Officers, Directors and Executive Personnel {OODEP) for WCNOC and some of its owner companies in respect of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) determination and Facility Security Clearance determination for WCNOC and Wolf Creek Generating Station.

The reference transmitted separate, updated, confidential OODEP lists for WCNOC and its three owner companies (Kansas Gas and Electric Company [KGE], Kansas City Power & Light Company [KCPL] and Kansas Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. [KEPCo]); as well as for KGE's parent company, Westar Energy, Inc.; and Westar Energy lnc.'s and KCPL's ultimate parent company, Evergy, Inc. By this letter, WCNOC is transmitting notice of recent changes in OODEP for KEPCo in accordance with 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1).

Specifically, this letter is to advise the NRC that:

• Mr. Dennis L. Svanes was named Trustee for KEPCo effective June 18, 2019. Mr.

Svanes' personal information for KEPCo's OODEP list appears in Enclosure I.

WCNOC also wishes to advise the NRC of a recent non-significant change to information on certain individuals named in their OODEP list provided with the reference, as follows:

• Mr. Mark A. Scheibe, formerly Alternate Trustee for KEPCo, was elected Trustee effective April 22, 2019.

• Mr. Henry H. Stockebrand, formerly Trustee for KEPCo, was elected Alternate Trustee effective April 22, 2019.

• Mr. Mark S. Doebele is no longer an Alternate Trustee for KEPCo effective June 18, 2019.

The enclosed OODEP information contains personal confidential information. Therefore, WCNOC requests that the NRC treat the enclosure as exempt from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6) as "Personal and medical files and similar files, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy."
