Information - Change to Lists of Owners, Officers, Directors and Executive Personnel To Whom It May Concern:

This letter transmits changes in Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation's (WCNOC) updated list of Owners, Officers, Directors and Executive Personnel (OODEP) for WCNOC and some of its owner companies in respect of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) determination and Facility Security Clearance determination for WCNOC and Wolf Creek Generating Station.

The reference transmitted separate, updated, confidential OODEP lists for WCNOC and its three owner companies (Kansas Gas and Electric Company [KGE], Kansas City Power & Light Company [KCPL] and Kansas Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. [KEPCo]); as well as for KGE's parent company, Westar Energy, Inc.; and Westar and KCPL's ultimate parent company, Evergy, Inc. By this letter, WCNOC is transmitting notice of recent changes in OODEP for KEPCo and WCNOC in accordance with 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1).

Specifically, this letter is to advise the NRC that:

• Mr. Reed D. Metzger was named Alternate Trustee for KEPCo effective June 28, 2018.

Mr. Metzger's personal information for KEPCo's OODEP list appears in Enclosure I.

• Mr. Stephen L. Smith was named Vice President Engineering & Secretary for WCNOC, effective July 1, 2018. Mr. Smith's personal information for WCNOC's OODEP list appears in Enclosure II.

I WM 18-0040 I ' Page 2 of 2 WCNOC also wishes to advise the NRC of a recent non-significant change to information on certain individuals named in their OODEP list provided with the reference, as follows:

• Mr. Ronald D. Holsteen, formerly Alternate Trustee for KEPCo, retired effective June 28, 2018.

• Mr. Adam C. Heflin, formerly President, CEO & CNO, retains the title President & CEO, effective July 1, 2018. The NRC already has Mr. Heflin's personal information, and thus it is not included with this letter.

• Mr. Cleveland 0. Reasoner, formerly Site Vice President, now holds the title Sr. Vice President & CNO, effective July 1, 2018. The NRC already has Mr. Reasoner's personal information, and thus it is not included with this letter.

• Mr. Jaime H. McCoy, formerly Vice President Engineering & Secretary, now holds the title Site Vice President, effective July 1, 2018. The NRC already has Mr. McCoy's personal information, and thus it is not included with this letter.

The enclosed OODEP information contains personal confidential information. Therefore, WCNOC requests that the NRC treat these enclosures as exempt from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6) as "Personal and medical files and similar files, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy."
