Information - Change to Lists of Owners, Officers, Directors and Executive Personnel

Dear Mr. Holian:

This letter transmits changes in Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation's (WCNOC) updated list of Owners, Officers, Directors and Executive Personnel (OODEP) for WCNOC and some of its owner companies in respect of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) determination and Facility Security Clearance determination for WCNOC and Wolf Creek Generating Station.

The reference transmitted separate, updated, confidential OODEP lists for WCNOC and its three owner companies (Kansas Gas and Electric Company [KGE], Kansas City Power & Light Company [KCPL] and Kansas Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. [KEPCo]); as well as for KGE's parent company, Westar Energy, Inc.; and Westar Energy lnc.'s and KCPL's ultimate parent company, Evergy, Inc. By this letter, WCNOC is transmitting notice of recent changes in OODEP for KEPCo, Evergy, and WCNOC in accordance with 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1).

Specifically, this letter is to advise the NRC that:

• Mr. Ronald D. Oelkers was named Alternate Trustee for KEPCo effective March 25, 2019. Mr. Oelkers' personal information for KEPCo's OODEP list appears in Enclosure I.

• Mr. Larry L. Froese was named Trustee for KEPCo effective April 16, 2019. Mr.

Froese's personal information for KEPCo's OODEP list appears in Enclosure I.

• Mr. John A. Stall was appointed to the Board of Directors of Evergy, effective March 26, 2019. Although the NRC already has Mr. Stall's personal information as a Board of Director of WCNOC, we are providing Enclosure II so that Mr. Stall's personal information may be added to Evergy's list of OODEP.

• Mr. Charles L. King was appointed* to the WC NOC Board of Directors, effective April 1, 2019. Although the NRC already has Mr. King's personal information as Vice President

- Information Technology and Chief Information Officer for KGE, Westar Energy, Inc.,

KCPL, and their ultimate parent company Evergy Inc., we are including Mr. Kings' personal information for WCNOC's OODEP list in Enclosure Ill.

WCNOC also wishes to advise the NRC of recent non-significant changes to information on certain individuals named in their OODEP list provided with the reference, as follows:

• Mr. Riley G. Walters, formerly Alternate Trustee for KEPCo, retired March 26, 2019.

• Mr. Duane D. Anstaett, formerly Director for WCNOC; and VP Generation Operations for KGE, Westar Energy, Inc., KCPL, and Evergy, Inc.; retired effective April 1, 2019.

• Mr. Joseph W. Seiwert, formerly Trustee for KEPCo, retired effective April 16, 2019.

• Mr. John T. Bridson, formerly Vice President - Generation Services, now holds the title of Vice President Generation for KGE, Westar Energy, Inc., KCPL, and their ultimate parent company Evergy Inc.

• Mr. Bruce A. Akin, formerly Vice President - Distribution Operations, now holds the title of Vice President, Transmission & Distribution for KGE, Westar Energy, Inc., KCPL, and their ultimate parent company Evergy Inc.

• Mr. Kevin T. Noblet, formerly Vice President - Transmission, Operations and Transmission and Distribution Services, now holds the title of Vice President, Transmission & Distribution, for KGE, Westar Energy, Inc., KCPL, and their ultimate parent company Evergy Inc.

In addition, WCNOC would also like to advise the NRC of two changes that occurred in July of 2018 that were not previously reported.

• Mr. Kevin T. Noblet was appointed to the_ Board of Directors of WCNOC, effective July 27, 2018. Although the NRC already has Mr. Noblet's personal information as a Vice President for KGE, Westar Energy, Inc., KCPL, and Evergy, Inc., we are providing Enclosure Ill so that Mr. Noblet's personal information may be added to WCNOC's list of OODEP.

• Mr. Mark A. Ruelle is no longer a Director for WCNOC effective July 27, 2018.

The enclosed OODEP information contains personal confidential information. Therefore, WCNOC requests that the NRC treat the enclosure as exempt from public disclosure under 10

WM 19-0017 Page 3 of 3 CFR 2.390(a)(6) as "Personal and medical files and similar files, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy."
