This report includes data from January 1, 2006 through June 30, 2006.

Enclosure 2 contains revised Semi-Annual Fitness-For-Duty Reports, beginning with the purchase of Seabrook Station by Florida Power and Light in November 2002, and includes the five reporting periods from December 31, 2002 to December 31, 2004. An internal audit in January 2006 identified that For Cause tests were overstated. Dilute samples were typically recorded as For Cause when in actuality they do not constitute For Cause tests as discussed in 10 CFR 26.24(a)(3).
