    • 1 of the positive drug tests for marijuana listed above exceeded the Florida Power & Light cutoff level (50ng/ml) but did not exceed the DHHS/NRC cutoff level (100ng/ml). All of the remaining positive drug test results listed above exceeded the DHHS/NRC cutoff levels.

FFD Performance Data Review/Comments:

1. Were there any programmatic weaknesses identified: None during the second six-month reporting period. However, an internal audit done in January 2006 identified instances were 'ciorted ' aranted that may be programmatic in nature. An evaluation is in progress to determine the cau'se of the error and to take corrective action.
2. What management actions have been taken or initiated? If any, explain: There was one incident where a Licensee supervisor failed a Random test. Notified NRC and management performed a check on all work performed.
