Letter from P. R. Simpson (Exelon Generation Company, LLC) to U.S. NRC, "Submission of Standard Practice Procedure Plans and Foreign Ownership Control or Influence Package," dated July 2, 2014 In the Reference, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) submitted an updated Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) package to the NRC for review for the nuclear power plants listed above. In accordance with 10 CFR 95.17, "Processing facility clearance," EGC is notifying the NRC of a change that affects information included in the Reference. Specifically, recent organizational changes that affect the Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel (OODEP) list for EGC became effective. The Attachment supplements the referenced submission, and provides an updated OODEP list for Exelon Corporation and EGC.

Portions of the Attachment contain Personally Identifiable Information that, if made public, would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. Accordingly, it is respectfully requested that the information in the Attachment be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding,"

paragraph (a)(6). Because EGC seeks to withhold this Attachment in its entirety, a nonproprietary version of the Attachment has not been prepared.
