In Reference 1 Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) submitted a request for an amendment to the Technical Specifications (TS) for River Bend Station (RBS), Unit 1 During the review the NRC identified the need to reference the commitments contained in the standard Technical Specification Change Traveler (TSTF). As discussed, Entergy proposes to include the reference with the current listing of License Conditions.
Currently the RBS Operating License has 21 license conditions on pages 3 through 6d.
-, onditions 20 and 21 refer to past operating cycles and therefore, are no longer needed.

RBG-47513 Page 2 of 3 Entergy proposes to delete conditions 20 and 21 then replace 20 with the new condition referencing the commitments required by the standard TSTF Safety Evaluation. These commitments will be included in USAR Section 16. The proposed License Condition also includes the provision to evaluate changes to the commitments through the use of the 10 CFR 50.59 process.
The proposed changes to pages 6c and 6d of the Operating License are in Attachment 1. contains the regulatory commitments in this letter.
