Dear Ms. Haney:

In accordance with the guidance contained in Revision 11 of NUREG-1021, "Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors," Section ES-501, "Initial Post-Examination Activities," Duke Energy Progress, LLC (Duke Energy), is providing the NRC the specified post examination documentation for the reactor operator and senior reactor operator examinations.

The written examinations were administered at the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant on Tuesday, January 22, 2019.

The documentation listed in the enclosure of this letter is being provided electronically via a secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP) website to Mr. Bruno Caballero, the assigned NRC chief examiner, only. The documentation listed in the enclosure is not included herein. As confirmed acceptable with the NRC chief examiner, the ES-201-3 form, "Examination Security Agreement," with all the pre- and post-examination signatures will be provided via email upon completion.
