Victor Dricks (817) 200-1128 November 26, 2012 Lara Uselding (817) 200-1519 E-Mail: OPA4.Resource@nrc.gov NRC TO HOLD MEETING WITH ENTERGY OPERATIONS, INC AT ITS REGION IV OFFICES The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission will meet with officials from Entergy Operations, Inc. to discuss the Arkansas Nuclear One nuclear plant located in Russellville, Ark.

The meeting will be held on Dec. 6 from 8-10 a.m. in NRCs Region IV offices at 1600 E. Lamar in Arlington, Texas. The public is invited to attend this meeting and will have an opportunity to ask questions following the discussion between the NRC and Entergy Operations officials.

NRC staff and Entergy officials are meeting to discuss Entergys actions to address human performance issues that were first identified in the NRCs 2011 annual assessment letter issued on March 5. The issues had not been corrected and therefore were discussed again in the NRCs mid-cycle letter issued on September 4.
